Apply FLEA, TICK and PEST DEFENSE powder at the site of a tick bite. It is now understood that for up to two days (approximately 36-48 hours) after a tick bite, pathogens are deposited in the skin by a feeding tick at the site of the bite before they are released into the blood stream.

Do not use if your dog or cat is pregnant, nursing; or using hypotensive, vasodilator, cardio depressant, osteoporosis, Candida or CoQ10 ATP-enhancer medications. Likely contraindicated with MAOI inhibitors and prescription antidepressants. Suggested to add a pet friendly Probiotic to diet to help support native gut flora.

Could potentiate anti-hypertensive, cardiac depressant, Osteoporosis, Candidiasis, diabetic, insulin and pain medications like Demerol. Anti-fungal drugs that are metabolized through the cytochrome P-450 enzyme chain may reduce the effectiveness of this product. May potentiate insulin and could potentially lead to hypoglycemia. Check insulin levels often with use.

Cautioned for use over 30 days without the use of a probiotic due to its natural microbial activity; for pets diagnosed with leukemia; for pets using cardiodepressant, vasodilator, diabetic and hypotensive (blood pressure lowering) medications. Do not exceed suggested dosages.

Use caution if your dog or cat has been diagnosed with Crohn's disease, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases or is immunocompromised due to the possible risk of Candida (fungemia)
